Introducing Sli.do. Sli.do, simply put, is a tool that inspires audience interaction.
Used in company meetings, team meetings, conferences, and trainings audience members simply follow the process below, and are given the capability to listen to a speaker and ask questions in real time. The event lead can then moderate questions and answer when best suits.
In other words? Q&A sessions on steroids.

This time we experienced how it worked as audience members (Anna and Trista). As chair of the event, Chelsea used it to gauge the feeling of the audience, ask questions, and develop topics to be discussed.
It was fascinating to observe the conference take on a new dimension as a one way presentation quickly became a two-way conversation. New elements were introduced and typical barriers were reduced to rubble. For example,

We say B. because the essence of social media is the opportunity to use a digital platform to connect and network with others. (Even Merriam-Webster agrees.) In other words, exactly what Sli.do accomplished.

It was captivating to watch social media almost come to life and be used seamlessly between digital and verbal conversations.
It was also eye-opening to notice and discuss how social media may continue to evolve. Soon, tools like this will be old news and simply the status quo. Our children may grow up using similar tools in classrooms, universities and churches.
